Main Reviews Summarize

Walmart Supercenter delivers a classic big-box experience with notable strengths in pricing and selection, though service consistency remains a challenge. Customers consistently praise the exceptional value and extensive product range, particularly highlighting the frozen fruit selection and store brand quality. The automotive department receives specific commendation for quick tire service, with staff like Sam earning individual recognition. However, the store faces significant criticism for understaffing, with many customers frustrated by limited cashier availability and over-reliance on self-checkout systems. Cleanliness concerns, especially in the bakery department, and occasional stock issues with essential items detract from the overall experience. While many employees like cashier Autumn and self-checkout attendant BJ provide outstanding service, inconsistent enforcement of store policies and occasional staffing gaps create a mixed customer experience that varies significantly by department and shift.

FAQ

This not a question but a response to curbside. If the employees going around selecting items for a shopper would eat what they selected I’d be okay with it. But when you get veggies, fruits that are definitely beyond their sell by date, are rotted,
I would NEVER want other people that I don’t know to pick out my items for me. They may either just not care, be in a bad mood or be under pressure to get rid of outdated or damaged merchandise.
