I’ve been in my account on line trying to freeze my account the chat line said it was in my membership but I’ve been over the whole app & there isn’t a freeze what am I doing wrong??
Stop in and have a manager freeze it. I called, and after being told it was frozen, 2 more monthly charges came out.
