Elizabeth Elliott, Creatrix and Owner, is dedicated to assisting you on your journey to optimal wellness integrating mind, body and spirit. She has been passionate about health and wellness since her early teens, beginning when she was diagnosed and underwent an invasive surgery for scoliosis while her mother simultaneously battled breast cancer. She made it her mission to understand how the mind, body and spirit are interconnected and that one must find balance amongst all three for healing. Elizabeth is a Fascial Stretch Therapist and Holistic Nutrition Health Coach, and she is ready to help you feel great!
