In our patented saunas our workouts combine isometric exercise classes (Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre None, Hot Stretch, Hot Bands, Hot Warrior, Hot Iso, Hot Buns and Hot Core) and/or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout classes (Hot Cycle, Hot Blast (Elliptical) and Hot Thunder (Row) with infrared heat, which is scientifically proven to help detoxify the body, improve flexibility, and burn calories. Hotworx studios are open 24/7 to members and offer a variety of workout options. Ages 13+ welcome.
