Hi Lillian, for the hair loss issue I would recommend seeing a dermatologist to diagnosis what can be causing your issue. We don’t do any eyebrows services here at our salon. For haircuts we ask that your hair be at least 2-3 inches long so it can be styled when cut. If you’re looking for a barber type clipper cut I would recommend a barber for those type of cuts.
